Yusuf Zubaida Muhammad
Founder of Emb Chronicles | Clinical Embryologist | Fertility Advocate
For Zubaida, embryology is not just a career—it is a lifelong calling. Having witnessed her own mother navigate the complexities of IVF and IUI to complete their family, Zubaida understands the emotional weight of infertility from the inside out. This personal history is what fuels her passion to be more than just a scientist handling IVF treatment.
With a B.Sc. in Microbiology and Advanced Post-Graduate Certification in Assisted Reproductive Technology (specializing in Embryology and Andrology) from the Institute of Medical Science Africa, Zubaida brings nearly four years of clinical experience at a leading fertility clinic in Abuja to every consultation. Through Emb Chronicles, she has created a “Safe Space” outside the hospital walls, serving as a bridge between the clinic and the home to offer emotional support, clarity, and expert advocacy.
Beyond her clinical work, Zubaida honors her mother’s legacy through the Fatima Ibrahim Yakubu Fertility Foundation (FIYFF), an NGO dedicated to supporting couples as they navigate their paths to parenthood. To her, you aren’t just a patient—you are a family in the making, and she is committed to holding your hand through every step of your journey with science, hope, and clarity.
